TEDxRCP kicks off event with talk that explores secret to unlocking performance.

Alan Fine today announced his TEDxRockCreekPark talk is available for viewing on YouTube. Alan's talk, "You ALREADY Know How to Be GREAT," was delivered at TEDxRockCreekPark on May 4, 2013 in Washington DC to a sold-out crowd. TEDx events have become a social media sensation with views on YouTube now exceeding 78 million.

In his TEDx talk, Alan explores the fundamental elements of human performance and explains why more knowledge often doesn't produce the performance results that people want. Alan also discusses the counterintuitive secret to unlocking potential, doing what we already know.
