The Healing Powers of Nature: Exploring the Unseen

Joy Smith highlights humanity’s connection to nature through new book.

Our thoughts and actions impact our planet and all that exist upon it. There are many enchanting places on Earth; be aware that flowers, plants, trees and rocks are all living sentient beings.

Being “one with nature” has different meanings for people across the globe. One thing has always been true: natural surroundings provide a sense of peace.

When the pain from a car crash 28 years prior disappeared during a session of energy healing, retired educator Joy Smith was awestruck and took a new lease on life. Now a healer volunteering in Australia, France, Bosnia and the United Kingdom, Smith shares her connection with nature and its important influence on our wellbeing in her new illustrative poetry book, “Mystical Faery Folk.”

“I have always seen and communicated with those in the Devic Realms,” Smith says. “In recent years I have felt an urgency to deliver the messages, wisdom and instructions I have received from my close relationship with the natural world.”

“Mystical Faery Folk,” complete with the author’s own photographs of natural settings, exemplifies the healing powers of the Devic Realm and demonstrates how our positive energy can work together with this realm to create harmony.

It is Smith’s hope that readers will take away an awareness of the impact of our thoughts and actions on all beings that exist on Earth.

“Our thoughts and actions impact our planet and all that exist upon it,” Smith says. “There are many enchanting places on Earth; be aware that flowers, plants, trees and rocks are all living sentient beings.”
