The scholarship will focus on making Wellspring’s renowned weight loss program available to as many young people as possible. Eligibility for the scholarship will be focused solely on financial need and verification of income will be required.

Deadline for application will be June 15, 2013. The scholarship will award sizeable amounts ranging from $500-$3,000 dollars towards monthly tuition.
