Brookshire, Police, and Giddings All Complete Successful Initial Drillings

Emerald Energy, an industry leader in Gulf Coast oil and gas joint ventures, has recently completed initial drilling projects on three new wells in 2013. The, Police, Giddings, and Brookshire wells all had successful tests and investors will begin seeing monthly checks soon.

The Police Joint Venture

The Police JV Well has finished its initial testing and drilling in Cleveland, Texas. All signs point to as many as 7 potential oil and gas zones that look ideal for commercial production. The formations range in size from 6’ to over 16’ of net pay. The well project is currently being completed and flow tested. Once the well is successfully put into production, partners should begin to see the first monthly distribution checks in 30 to 60 days.

The Giddings Joint Venture

The Giddings Well is a unique horizontal well, located in Brazos County, Texas, in the town of College Station. H. Wilson Williams, the senior geologist for U.S. Emerald Energy, states that the Giddings Well has several good fractures that were encountered while drilling, which includes a combination of oil and gas shows during the drilling of the lateral. The well has been completed and is currently flowing to sales at ~200 BBLS of oil per day and ~900 MCF of natural gas per day. Partners should receive their first monthly check in May.

The Brookshire Joint Venture

The Brookshire Well, located in Waller County, Texas, has completed the initial drilling phase and successfully tested for several potentially commercial oil and gas formations. On logs provided to investors, the well shows 3 strong oil zones and 2 probable zones. The Brookshire Well is now in the completion phase, wherein production casing has been set into the well, and a flow test will be conducted next. Oil tanks have been installed and the well should be in production very soon.
