Interakt, a leading digital marketing company that empowers global brands through Communications inside out™ announced today its expansion into the United States with the opening of offices in New York City, San Francisco and Chicago. The company counts major brands including Ecolab, Citibank, Estée Lauder, Lenovo, Levi’s and Nalco in its client portfolio.

The Singapore-based digital agency, which now has offices in 10 cities, including London and Dubai, opened the New York City, San Francisco and Chicago offices to support its growing portfolio of U.S.-based clients.

Operating on the principal of Communications inside out™, Interakt recently worked alongside a major U.S.-based clothing retailer to launch a global digital marketing campaign promoting the brand and its new collection. The campaign, which featured interactive microsites, social media elements and a new loyalty program, produced more than 700,000 website visits within the first six months and won the brand nearly one million Facebook fans.

Internally, Interakt simultaneously developed a retail sales staff education program to ensure the external brand messaging was consistent in-store. The program, which was deployed almost entirely through a Facebook-like platform and featured an incentive for participation, saw 25 percent of the brand’s sales staff participate each day.
