You never know what some of those performers are going to say next, and at times it is hard to keep a straight face and continue the skit, but we are getting used to it.

This friendly couple is performing again in the Main Room of the Comedy Store in Hollywood this Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 8:30 pm. This is an exciting opportunity for these two actors to have fun and enjoy their fellow improv performers, as they engage in short comedy skits based on suggestions from the audience. The Comedy Store is famous for featuring some of the biggest names in comedy, including Sam Kinison, Louie Anderson, and Chelsea Handler.
What is the best part of getting to perform improv on stage with a small group of actors? “We are in a more advanced ensemble now, so the stakes are higher. Some of the actors who will be on stage with us have been performing in numerous theater shows of major theater companies around the country for many years, so this is a stimulating experience for us. You never know what some of those performers are going to say next, and at times it is hard to keep a straight face and continue the skit, but we are getting used to it,” Luciana commented.
“I love getting the opportunity to explore new characters, especially when I am given a totally unexpected suggestion requiring that I take on a persona that is very different than me. I also enjoy improv because it keeps me fresh for both my acting on film and TV and for my screenwriting, and am truly honored to be performing at this world-famous venue,” Gregory concluded. The Comedy Store is located at 8433 Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood, CA 90069.Tickets are available on the Comedy Store website or by phone (323-650-6268); they are also available at the box office during show times while supplies last.
