A group of thirty men and women from all over the country will be in St. Paul this weekend attending this two day conference. Training for new recruits will include the process of evaluating websites according to WeCo’s Accessibility Test Platform, and experienced CTCs will be re-tested and learn new techniques to determine website accessibility. “We try to keep their reactions and experiences pure by focusing on how to work with our test platform, and not to be combing a web site for adherence to laws and guidelines,” says Lynn Wehrman, President and CEO of WeCo. All CTCs will attend the hands-on training with WeCo’s Accessibility Specialists.

Wehrman continued, "WeCo CTCs receive annual recertification training to keep them aware of changes and updates in WeCo's exclusive Accessibility Test Platform, and to help our company provide better services to our customers by fostering the testing skills of the CTCs through coaching in unique hands-on training lab experience."

WeCo has been working to make this conference professionally educational for all the attendees. CTCs, who work from their home offices, will be instructed in a professional development class to learn how to work in a virtual office.

WeCo will train a group of highly skilled and professional Certified Test Consultants to know and understand the ins and outs of website accessibility as it pertains to their own disability so that they can help evaluate websites and make sure that the Internet is accessible for everyone.

Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, WeCo is a mission-based, for-profit organization.
