BlueStripe Software Appoints Mary Boose Vice President of Engineering

BlueStripe Software, a leader in transaction and application performance monitoring solutions, today announced that Mary Boose has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering. With more than 25 years of technical and managerial experience, Boose will be responsible for leading the engineering team that developed the company’s flagship solution, FactFinder, a transaction monitoring solution for IT Operations. Boose was previously BlueStripe’s Director of QA, where she defined and built the QA processes and team.

“Mary has proven to be invaluable to BlueStripe, and was already instrumental in leadership and management of the company’s engineering team,” said Chris Neal, BlueStripe CEO. “It was a natural step for her to rise within the organization to lead our outstanding team of software engineers and drive dynamic innovation in designing superior software.”

Before joining BlueStripe, Boose held several technical and managerial positions with IBM, including serving as Senior Software Engineer in the WebSphere Portal organization. Boose also held technical leadership positions with NetIQ Corporation (now Attachmate).
