Magnuson launches no-cost PMS with cash back to hotel franchise conversions

Magnuson Hotels, the world’s largest independent hotel group, today announced it is giving away PMS property management systems to hotels converting to Magnuson’s low cost franchise conversion brands.

While typical PMS systems can cost $100,000 or more over a 2 year period, Magnuson Hotels’ PMS1 will carry no costs to hotel owners. The PMS1 system is supported by a .99 USD per occupied room guest surcharge, with cash-back to hotels.

Magnuson Hotels, the world’s largest independent hotel group, today announced it is launching no-cost PMS property management systems to hotels converting to Magnuson’s low cost franchise conversion brands.

Available immediately, Magnuson Hotels is offering PMS1, a web based operating system that unites front desk, reservation system and brand into one low cost and easy to use mobile and Internet dashboard.

While typical PMS systems can cost hotel owners $100,000 or more over a 2 year period, Magnuson Hotels’ PMS1 will carry no costs to hotel owners for installation, training, maintenance or upgrades.

The PMS1 system is supported by a .99 USD per occupied room guest surcharge, with a cash-back rebate to hotels converting to Magnuson’s low cost franchise conversion brands.

PMS1 will offer 24/7 support and connects directly to Magnuson Hotels’ massive global hotel reservation network of Google Hotel Finder, 2000 airline and hotel booking sites, and 650,000 travel agents and corporate travel agencies.

Magnuson Hotels’ PMS1 will offer mobile and remote access reporting, including daily dashboard showing rooms sold, occupancy, source of booking, average daily room rate all in one place. PMS1 supports over 400 interfaces including PBX, Keycard, POS and credit cards.
