The Real Estate Marketing Insider released a statement detailing its opinions on N-Play’s newest addition to the real estate social media world. REMI suggests to its Real Estate Agent readers the use of the social networking apps to market their services more effectively.

The Real Estate Marketing Insider commented on the release of a suite of new apps for the real estate social media platform, including a fully functional Real Estate Agent directory and Pinterest-style property targeting application. Following a news release by N-Play that detailed the various features and benefits of the new apps, REMI congratulated N-Play – a software developer specializing in social media marketing for real estate – on its myriad contributions to the online real estate world, and urged agents to start utilizing the suite of social network applications as soon as possible.

N-Play has earlier designed apps compatible with Facebook, but their recent announcement indicates that they are switching to designing in the Windows Azure cloud platform – a product of Microsoft. Building apps in Azure means higher flexibility and efficiency for N-Play, which in turn allows more frequent updates and innovations for their Facebook apps. The suite of services N-Play offers Real Estate Agents through Facebook includes a fully functional directory, aptly named the Facebook Real Estate Agent Directory. The directory allows participating agents opportunities to promote their business for non-Real Estate Agent Facebook users as well as for Property Pins – an app that allows consumers to “pin” their favorite properties and find Real Estate Agents nearby who service the homes.

REMI is strongly in favor of Real Estate Agents utilizing free social media services in their marketing and advertising. N-Play’s apps are easy to use, and the switch to Microsoft Azure will mean better products and more frequent updates. The spectrum of users who take advantage of Facebook ranges from buyers interested in a second home to those looking for a San Diego beach rental. The Insider believes that Real Estate Agents who are prepared to meet these consumers where they live stand to reap big rewards.

The Real Estate Marketing Insider released a statement outlining its comments on the unveiling of N-Play’s latest modifications to its Facebook apps designed for Real Estate Agents. N-Play recently switched to Windows Azure-based development and has released many Facebook apps, including a Real Estate Agent directory and a targeting app for consumers.
