"We are pleased to offer this forum in which TDS’s current and prospective investors can hear directly from Mario Gabelli and his nominee - Ryan Morris, about how they intend to increase shareholder value," said Steven Abernathy, CEO of APB Financial Group.
Attendees will receive a complimentary copy of activist investing research for TDS. “Sum-of-the parts stories, where there’s also activist activity, can be particularly compelling as a successful activist can be the required catalyst for value to be realized,” said Damien Park, moderator of the webcast and Managing Partner at Hedge Fund Solutions.
