Resolution Systems, Inc., CEO, Barrett Riddleberger, served as the guest speaker during a recent mechanical contractor roundtable discussion on leadership in Chicago, IL. The roundtable drew together CEO’s and President’s in the industry’s top companies with annual revenues ranging from $2 to $ 75 million.

“I was delighted at the opportunity to participate in this event,” said Riddleberger. “Conversing with this esteemed group and having the opportunity to use my knowledge to help them grow their businesses is what I love to do.”

With his expertise in sales, leadership and entrepreneurship, Riddleberger, mediated an open discussion on various topics centered on ways to strengthen business and team development. The topics included:
