Tony Ross, Executive Vice President of Equity Management has joined the faculty of the University of DC Community College. Mr. Ross will be teaching Introduction to Property Management which is a pilot offering through the community college’s Workforce Development Program.
The course will be offered to any qualified adult resident of the District of Columbia and will begin in late May. The 15 week course will address apartment leasing skills, budgeting, creating a marketing plan and other aspects of property management. Upon completion of the course, students will be eligible to test for the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification.

Mr. Ross holds the HCCP, NAHP-e, and C7P designations. He has a MS in Organizational Performance and a BA in Leadership. He has been employed with Equity Management since 1999, when he was hired as a Regional Property Manager.
