Michael Rager, a leadership coach, announces the launch of his new website. The site serves as Rager’s new virtual home for information about his leadership philosophy and programs, as well as serving as home to his business and leadership insights blog.

The new website features a nautical theme, highlighting not only a personal passion of Rager’s, but also a keen desire to help businesses and individuals “navigate the rough seas of business to accumulate wealth in order to actually live their lives.”

The site includes tabs (home, about, programs, events, testimonials, blog) that link to information about Rager’s philosophy and programs, as well as details about upcoming leadership and speaking events. The home page also includes links to programs, John Maxwell products and Rager’s blog, where he regularly shares leadership thought insights.

Individuals and businesses can learn more about Rager’s leadership philosophy via the about tab. The page also includes details about his prior experience and his goals for those who take part in his programs. Details on a variety of leadership development and coaching programs, from Leadership Gold to Success Coaching, are available under the programs tab. Upcoming leadership-oriented speaking events are featured under the events tab. Visitors to the site can also explore the impressive results achieved by past clients under Rager’s mentorship via the testimonials tab. Rager’s business and personal insights can be accessed under the blog tab.

The testimonial section of the new website highlights the remarkable results businesses have achieved under Rager’s mentorship. Rager lent his considerable talents to West Houston Community Center (WHCC) for its first annual Chick-fil-a Leadercast Event in 2012. Bill Dickson of WHCC relates, Rager’s “knowledge of the event, his energy and contacts helped WHCC exceed its goals, despite our late start doing a new thing.” With Rager’s help, WHCC projects a 300 percent growth for the event in 2013. Lenny Ventimiglia, of MyVita Hormone Treatment Center, experienced exceptional results as well. In the first year of working with Ragers, Ventimiglia realized a 145 percent growth in the medical facility and 130 percent growth in his beauty salon. About Michael Rager

Michael Rager received his Master’s Degree in Aquatic Biology from Central Michigan University. Prior to his career as a leadership mentor, he worked with a variety of entities and individuals, including corporate executives, federal agencies, project design engineers and field construction staff as an environmental consultant. He has served as a consultant on some of the largest natural gas pipelines in the U.S. and served as an independent contractor to a variety of companies, from Exxon Mobil to Williams Pipelines. He also assisted in the start-up of two inspection companies, the Wyatt Group and Sage Staffing services.

Rager shifted his career focus in 2011, when he began training with the #1 leadership mentor in the world, Dr. John C. Maxwell. His unique set of experiences, both professional and personal, have enabled him to effectively help businesses achieve the leadership skills and financial acumen necessary to reach their goals.
