The Kerrville Folk Festival, The Texas Arts and Crafts Fair and Downtown Kerrville have teamed up and will be running 3 buses every 20-30 minutes from the Downtown Parking Garage to each of these events on Saturday May 25th and Sunday May 26th!

Memorial Day weekend in Kerrville Texas has a plethora of fun things to do. But with fun and festivals…usually comes the hassle of parking. This year, it will be just a little easier to get around to a few of your favorite Kerrville Events.

The Kerrville Folk Festival, Texas Arts & Crafts Fair and Downtown Kerrville have teamed up and will be running 3 buses every 20-30 minutes from the Downtown Parking Garage to each of these events on Saturday May 25th and Sunday May 26th from 9am until Midnight.

“We hope locals and visitors will make a whole weekend around the bus. They can park in the garage, shop and eat in Downtown Kerrville, shop and stroll Kerr County Market Days at the Courthouse, and then drop their purchases off at their cars before picking up the bus to the Arts & Crafts Fair for more Memorial Day fun. They can catch the bus from there to the Kerrville Folk Festival for some amazing live music to cap off their day.

Too much fun for one day? Break it up into two days, make your own itinerary, and go at your own pace. It’s free to ‘Get on the Bus’.

The Kerrville Folk Festival runs from May 23 – June 9 and features songwriters from around the world. The evening concerts are held in the Kennedy Outdoor Theater on the weekends and the Threadgill Theater in the campgrounds for Sundown Concerts on the weekday evenings. Add to these concerts the Children’s Programs, Schools for Songwriters, Ukulele, Harmonica and Voice, Yoga, Bike Rides, Canoe Trips on the Guadalupe River and you have a Festival full of fun things to do for everybody.

The Kerrville Folk Festival and the Texas Arts & Crafts Fair have been bringing visitors to Kerrville for more than 40 years. The buses, sponsored by the Economic Improvement Corporation, are a way to make it easier for residents and visitors to take in these legendary local attractions.
