Helping people to achieve the American Dream is the best job in the whole world- is the statement Traina made that led to her fruition of being the philanthropic relator that she is today.

Josephine Traina, an established broker with Carolina One Real Estate, marketing director for Bee Street Lofts and founder of the My Heavenly Reward program, garnered attention from the editors at Top Agent Magazine’s May 2013 Eastern USA publication.

Top Agent Magazine’s article, points out that the successful Carolina One Real Estate Broker Associate, has not only made the most of her opportunity to assist others through her real estate endeavors, she’s dedicated her life to it. “Helping people to achieve the American Dream is the best job in the whole world” is the statement Traina made that led to her fruition of being the philanthropic relator that she is today.

It is through Traina’s My Heavenly Reward program that she is able to fulfill her dream of giving back to the community that supports her. Through this program, Traina donates a portion on each sale when a client buys or sells to any 501 3 C charity of the client’s choice. In 2011 and 2012 this program successfully brought over $10,000 to MUSC Hollings Cancer Center, MUSC Children’s Hospital, Roper St. Francis Foundation and many other charities throughout Charleston.

Along with her philanthropy work in the community, she also fulfills the position of marketing director for Bee Street Lofts, which are condo homes that not only survived the economic downturn thanks to Traina; they have thrived and sold out. Traina’s efforts have made her the Number One Broker on the Peninsula for 2012.

In the article, Traina remarks that her saying about Charleston is “Happily Ever After Starts Here.” She continues explaining that Charleston captured her soul, invigorated and inspired her to do greater things. Her goal is for philanthropy in real estate to be something all realtors embrace as part of their profession.
