Let’s face it. This economy is no picnic, and everyone is hungry for more – for financial stability, for time together, for opportunities for professional personal growth. Perhaps that’s why nearly 2,000 women have already joined Jewel Kade as Stylists this year, with hundreds more joining each month. The springtime surge is an indication women are looking for ways to enjoy flexibility, earning power, and leadership opportunities. They’re also yearning for something meaningful – and Jewel Kade’s handcrafted charms, artisan jewelry and custom décor add that touch of inspiration to their lives – and their customers’.

Currently with nearly 5,000 Stylists across the US and Canada, Jewel Kade’s business opportunity has been changing lives since the company launched in 2009. Mindy Ladd ONeill, who lives in Washington state, was first drawn to Jewel Kade for its artisan, vintage jewelry. She decided to become a Stylist just to enjoy the discount, but when she earned $500 from her first two-hour party, she realized this could become more than just a personal jewelry habit. She now leads a team of nearly 150 Stylists across the country and has been able to help carry the family’s financial responsibilities at a time when the tough economy has taken a toll on her husband’s construction business. Beyond the financial boon, Mindy says Jewel Kade has brought other benefits to her life, “In the two short years since I fell in love with Jewel Kade, I have found a self-confidence that I didn't have before. On a personal level, I am comfortable speaking with women from all over and sharing what truly has been a gift in my life. It has been amazing to be a part of the lives of women who joined Jewel Kade for reasons ranging from just wanting a night out with friends to needing to earn money to help put their kids through school.”

California resident Andrea Lomeli was a full-time school teacher when she joined Jewel Kade purely for the love of Jewel Kade’s Photo Charms and other artistic pieces. She says she had no intention of building a business because her schedule was already full. After the birth of her third child, however, she decided to cut back to part-time teaching and hold a few JK Parties to supplement their income. Two years later her business has grown significantly – she leads a team of over 100 Stylists and earns a substantial monthly income she never thought possible. She says, “The flexibility of ‘working’ when my husband is watching our children is amazing. It is very exciting to watch my team grow, and I am excited for what the future holds. I have also earned the three incentive trips that JK has offered and had the opportunity to travel to amazing destinations with remarkable women. I have gained a greater sense of self-confidence as a woman and leader, because of the personal accomplishments, challenges, and personal growth that I have experienced in the last two years.”

Similar life-changing stories are rippling across the US and Canada, as more women are building thriving Jewel Kade businesses, sharing the artisan jewelry and décor at home Parties. But it’s not just the Stylists’ whose lives have changed with Jewel Kade’s growth. Founder Janet Kinkade began the company in her basement, designing for the pure joy of holding her children close to her heart in the charms she created. In 2009 as the company was just beginning to expand, an unexpected divorce left her a single mother – and Jewel Kade has been a timely help for her family. With her oldest just graduating from college and her youngest in second grade, she is grateful for the gift Jewel Kade has been to her and countless women.

“When I began designing jewelry, I had no idea Jewel Kade would touch so many lives,” said Janet Kinkade, Jewel Kade Founder, President & Designer. “It is exciting to see thousands of women joining Jewel Kade and building businesses that benefit their lives – and their loved ones. Jewel Kade is a family of dynamic women, passionate about the meaningful things in life, and I’m so appreciative of the talents and energy everyone contributes.”
