To be successful, business owners must cultivate a mindset of success.

Cynthia Stott, mindset and belief system expert, executive leadership coach and the creator of The Generosity Code™ Changing the Way We Do Business, announces a new program called The Generosity Code™ The Fundamentals. This new program works with the subconscious mind to support success and take advantage of favorable circumstances in any economy. Many psychological systems put forth that a majority of human behavior and responses come from the subconscious mind. “It’s like taking a test where you only have access to 20 percent of the information before hand. To be successful, business owners must cultivate a mindset of success,” shares Stott.

In the 4-part tele-series The Generosity Code™ The Fundamentals, Stott reveals new ways of looking at success and asks the question, “What would you do if you knew you would succeed?” Passion and enthusiasm have power and Stott believes that the businesses that succeed, and even thrive in less than ideal economic conditions, do so because the owners are passionate about what they are doing and who they are serving. Many entrepreneurs make the mistake of looking at what others are selling or how they are achieving success and following instead of doing what makes them happy and then identifying ways that doing that particular thing could bring them success.

Stott notes that when business owners know what they bring to the table, by knowing their worth and the value they bring to their customers, success is a natural and automatic result. Many business owners do what they think others want instead of looking at what comes most naturally to them or that they enjoy. The most successful business owners do what they love and enjoy and may even say to themselves, “I can’t believe they pay me for this!” When work feels more like play, no matter what the field, success is sure to follow. Stott further comments that In western culture success is not an automatic mindset, particularly for women. Self confidence and looking at failure or mistakes as a natural part of progress to success does not come naturally to many business owners. To “economy proof” businesses and to be aware of and take advantage of favorable financial circumstances and marketing opportunities, entrepreneurs and other business owners benefit by developing a mindset that supports their success.
