More Than 40 Million to Gain Access to World-Class Wellness Programs

Workplace Options, a global employee effectiveness company and the world’s leading work-life services provider, and Mayo Clinic have established a strategic relationship to offer enhanced wellness services. In an initiative set to launch July 1, 2013, Workplace Options will adopt Mayo Clinic’s coaching model into its existing suite of wellness services. The services will extend to Mayo Clinic’s current commercial client base in addition to Workplace Options’ global network of more than 40 million employees in 30,000 organizations. Mayo Clinic will train Workplace Options coaches and provide quality assurance oversight of the program.

Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Coaching has a proven track record for success:

  • 50 percent of employees who completed the program for tobacco cessation quit using tobacco
  • 75 percent of stress management clients reduced their stress-related physical symptoms
  • 56 percent of employees who used weight management services lost weight
