Armedia, Zaizi and Zia Consulting quickly sign on to new partner program to capitalize on Crafter’s next generation enterprise WCM solutions

Crafter Software Corp., a leading provider of software solutions for the creation of rich and engaging websites, mobile applications, and multi-channel digital experiences, today announced three new systems integrator partners. Crafter Software’s offerings are based on the Crafter CMS open source project (previously Crafter Rivet) and were created to let companies develop and manage rich Web and mobile experiences. Armedia, Zaizi and Zia Consulting will now provide Crafter Software’s uniquely tailored open source solutions to organizations in government, education, transportation, logistics, finance, health and technology in the United States and internationally to meet the demand for modern, web content authoring, publishing and delivery systems.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome Armedia, Zaizi and Zia Consulting into the Crafter Software partner community,” said Mike Vertal, CEO of Crafter Software. “Our partners know that traditional Web CMS solutions are no longer sufficient as their clients are demanding solutions that provide a richer and broader range of capabilities for managing and optimizing the site visitor experience across all channels including the Web, mobile, social networks, and more. These new partnerships reflect the momentum in the market and the need for new solutions in the Web experience management space.”

Unlike legacy systems that were built just for managing Web content, Crafter Software solutions were designed from the ground up to easily tap into disparate data sources from social media, ERPs, CRMs, marketing campaign systems, and others to create a dynamic Web experience that is specifically targeted to an individual user. Crafter Software’s solutions are offered as both a Community Edition under the GNU General Public License and as an Enterprise Edition with a commercial license and global support. The Enterprise Edition provides leading organizations with a certified, supported stack that is thoroughly tested against various operating systems, databases, and enterprise platforms to deliver best-in-class web content and web experience management.

Crafter solutions provide native integration with Alfresco – the leading open platform for business-critical content management – and offer multi-channel Web experience management through a rich user interface and a high-performance content delivery system, while leveraging Alfresco’s foundational content services.

"We are excited to be one of the core implementation partners for Crafter Software," said Jim Nasr, CEO of Armedia. "We believe Crafter provides a valuable alternative to extend the Alfresco ECM platform to support Web Content Management."

"Crafter builds on Alfresco's powerful content platform to deliver the next generation Web publishing platform,” said Aingaran Pillai, CEO of Zaizi. “Zaizi is excited to be partnering with Crafter as it enables us to combine our expertise in Semantic Web technologies to build smart Web experience solutions."

“Our Web Experience Management partnership with Crafter Software is a logical fit for extending Zia’s Content Connected Enterprise model out to the Web, while still leveraging our experience and deep understanding of Alfresco architecture,” said Phil Robinson, Zia’s SVP of Business Development.
