Our team of hospitality professionals performs tirelessly each day to create a memorable experience for every guest that walks through our doors. This award validates the incredible work they do representing Hyatt and JHM Hotels.

Greenville, SC (PRWEB) May 22, 2013

The recent renovations at Hyatt Regency Greenville shine, but perhaps not as brightly as the coveted AAA Four Diamond Award received this week! This achievement ranks the Hyatt as a premier establishment esteemed by AAA’s professional inspectors, the hospitality industry, and over 53 million AAA members. Angela Daley of AAA Carolinas says, “We have very rigorous standards. Only 3.4% of the 59,000 properties inspected by AAA achieve the prestigious distinction of Four Diamond.” In fact, Hyatt joins only two other Four Diamond properties in Greenville, one being Marriott Greenville, also owned and operated by JHM Hotels.

At Hyatt Regency Greenville, guests will find a stunning atrium lobby that features the vibrant Orb Lounge. In addition, Roost Restaurant and the Pergola at Roost offer fresh, soil to city cuisine in a modern atmosphere. Beautiful guestrooms with newly renovated bathrooms and bright, updated corridors welcome each guest. In addition, there is over 35,000 square feet of event and meeting space including the largest hotel ballroom in Greenville, innovative space like Think Tank @ NOMA and Studio 220 gallery, a unique and contemporary meeting space on the corner of Main and Beattie Streets. The space is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Greenville in the new dining and entertainment hub called NOMA Square.

General Manager Gary Cohen says, "We are all certainly very proud to have earned this distinction. Our team of hospitality professionals performs tirelessly each day to create a memorable experience for every guest that walks through our doors. This award validates the incredible work they do representing Hyatt and JHM Hotels. I am proud and humbled to be a member of this very caring team."

AAA defines Four Diamond establishments as upscale in all areas. For instance, accommodations are progressively more refined and stylish. The physical attributes reflect an obvious enhanced level of quality throughout. The fundamental hallmarks at this level include an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail.
