Through examples of caregivers and consumers using the program, we can help people understand the nature of Caregiver Homes.
Boston, MA (PRWEB) May 21, 2013
Caregiver Homes, which supports families with an intensive care management model known as Structured Family Caregiving, has launched a fully redesigned website: http://www.caregiverhomes.com.
The updated branding for Caregiver Homes includes numerous stories about family caregiving to highlight the unique abilities of families to care for their members with the support and service of Caregiver Homes staff. The website is designed to highlight actual consumers and features state-specific resources and tools to help visitors notify other people about Caregiver Homes.
“Our challenge has been in showing people how and why we work with families so they can care for their loved ones at home,” said Janice Masi, Executive Director of Caregiver Homes. “Through examples of caregivers and consumers using the program, we can help people understand the nature of Caregiver Homes, as well as the work we do with people to fulfill our purpose.”
Caregiver Homes is currently available to Medicaid eligible consumers requiring around-the-clock assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring. The organization serves about 2,000 individuals and their family caregivers through its eighteen branches in four states.
