Release 1.10 focuses on improving chargeback management and the addition of ID Analytics and Experian/192 to the partner portofolio.

IdentityMind™, the evolutionary on-demand Anti-Fraud and Risk Management Platform, today announced release 1.10 of their flagship platform. IdentityMind Platform Release 1.10 focuses on improving chargeback management and the addition of ID Analytics and Experian/192 to the partner portofolio.

“Chargeback management is one of the areas of e-commerce that requires careful management. It’s an aspect where both merchants and Acquirers need to focus.” said Jose Caldera, VP of Platform Management. “Merchants and Acquirers worry sometimes too late, only when the chargeback rate is crossing the dreaded 1%. However chargeback data analysis can give great insights into merchant’s risk way before it becomes a problem.”

The new version of the platform includes the following major features and improvements:
1.    Chargeback Analysis Interface. It captures chargeback trends broken down by multiple parameters to enable proactive actions: changes to anti fraud policies, refunding, etc.
2.    Proactive Refunding. It alerts merchants when any of their transactions are associated with fraudulent events so they can analyze past transactions that may need to be refunded prior to becoming chargebacks.
3.    Identity verification tests for merchant account underwriting and for transaction anti-fraud evaluation.
