iBwave, the standard for in-building software and training, is thrilled to announce the launch of the virtual classroom certification program, a new way to get iBwave certified. With the presence of a live instructor via a web-based training platform, virtual classroom students can reap the benefits of a classroom setting without having to travel. The program is an addition to iBwave’s existing certification product suite, which includes live in-class sessions as well as an online program.
“As iBwave’s worldwide growth continues, we need to ensure that all of our customers have access to the same support and training programs, no matter where they are located” says Mario Bouchard, President and CEO at iBwave. “By offering live certification that can be accessed via the web from anywhere in the world, we can ensure that the quality of work produced by our certified customers is the same worldwide.” Peter Thalmeir, Director of Sales Engineering and Training & Certification at iBwave added that “the response has been very positive from our beta and pilot programs. The students were very pleased at the level of interactivity – both with the instructor and between peers.”
Using industry recognized web-based training software; the sessions are scheduled based on time zones. The trainer and students log in for three consecutive days and participate in lectures, workshops, discussions and mini quizzes throughout the session. The course finishes with a final exam. Students benefit from the presence of a live instructor, one-on-one support in workshops, live Q&A and live group discussions.
iBwave has scheduled level 1 and 2 virtual classroom sessions for many parts of the world including Asia, Europe, North America and a Spanish session for Latin America.
