Cones are replaceable. People are not.
Lancaster, PA (PRWEB) May 22, 2013
Alpha Dog Advertising is proud to announce client, Flagger Force, as a finalist for the PR Daily Awards in the Best Cause-Related Marketing category. The awards are hosted by Ragan’s PR Daily, an organization that addresses news and advice regarding marketing, social media, and public relations throughout the country.
Flagger Force is recognized for being the industry leader in traffic control and safety services with offices spanning the Mid-Atlantic region. The nominated campaign was developed by Alpha Dog Advertising for National Work Zone Awareness Week, an annual event held to honor those individuals who have lost their lives in work zones. The message “Cones are replaceable. People are not.” combined with the image of a cone that was run over by an inattentive motorist created an impactful pairing to drive home the importance of safety to motorists. The integrated marketing campaign included various forms of print, billboards, digital media, and a traffic cone lighting ceremony focusing on increasing public awareness about work zone safety.
Alpha Dog Advertising and Flagger Force are competing alongside six other finalists in the Best Cause-Related Marketing category including Bailey Lauerman, California Earthquake Authority and American Red Cross, Cantor Fitzgerald and its affiliate BGC Partners, NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA), Children’s Medical Center of Dayton, U.S. Green Building Council. The winner will be announced in late-June 2013.
