Castle Park and Palace Entertainment Team Up With American Cancer Society. Castle Park and all Palace Entertainment parks join charity in effort to create more memories.
The American Cancer Society has been around for 100 years, and with a little help from Castle Park and its parent company, Palace Entertainment, the charity will be able to create more birthdays and more memories for people all over the United States.
“Castle Park strives to be actively involved with the community and with organizations that can make life better for people in our area,” said Castle Park General Manager Justin White. “The American Cancer Society is one of the most well-known charities that can accomplish that.”
Castle Park, along with the other 40+ Palace Entertainment locations, will be collecting donations in increments of $1, $3 and $5 from June 3 – July 14 in support of the American Cancer Society’s campaign to create a world with more birthdays. Donations can be added to any purchase at the front entrance to the park.
The American Cancer Society is the “Official Sponsor of Birthdays™” and, through its research and contributions, helps 350 more people celebrate a birthday each day. Castle Park already helps people celebrate with its birthday party packages, but it aims to help even more people celebrate by participating in this donation drive.
Palace Entertainment looks to raise at least $100,000 for the American Cancer Society over the six weeks their parks will serve as donation centers.
