Mr. Finck comes to GlobeTax with more than 20 years of experience in bringing global investment opportunities to US investors. This has included opening new markets to investors, solving global public offering challenges and developing solutions for complex M&A transactions. In his career, Mr Finck has dealt extensively with regulators, utilities, stock exchanges and market practitioners in the US and across the globe. He managed the development and calculation of Index Products which included Depositary Receipts. Some of these indices benchmark international Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
Mr. Finck has been a frequent speaker at industry seminars and educational events about global investment opportunities and challenges. He is a past President of the Corporate Action section of Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and a past chair of the Financial Services Executive Committee at the US – India Business Council.
