Tallinn, Estonia | Guardtime, the world’s leading provider of Keyless Signature Infrastructure (KSI) solutions, today announced it has named Gustav Poola, it's current VP of Products, as General Manager of Guardtime Estonia. Reporting to CEO Mike Gault, Gustav will also continue to oversee all Product Development in Guardtime.

Before joining Guardtime as VP of Products in June 2012, for 12 years, Poola served as CEO of Artec Group, a leading provider of electrical engineering services with customers including STMicroelectronics and National Semiconductor. Under Poola’s management, Artec Group grew to over 70 employees and engineered many successful products such as the Geode SoC-based ThinCan product line, a reference design that revolutionized thin-computing in 2006. Prior to Artec, Poola worked for ZF Micro Solutions, Fujitsu, and Cabelco Technologies.
“We are very pleased that Gustav’s accepted our offer and will continue as General Manager for Guardtime Estonia,” said CEO Mike Gault. “in his new position, Gustav will continue to lead the Product Development team and I am confident that he is now very well positioned to contribute even better to our rapidly expanding business.”
Guardtime is the future of electronic data authentication. Founded in Estonia in 2006, Guardtime’s Keyless Signature Infrastructure (KSI) technology allows electronic data to be authenticated using formal mathematical methods without the need for trusted third parties. Deployed by world governments KSI provides an independent audit trail for everything that happens on electronic networks, limiting liability and making it impossible for insiders intent on fraud or sophisticated cyberattackers to manipulate data and cover their tracks.
