Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Communities reports a strong start to second quarter sales.

Neal Communities reported 73 home sales in April, continuing the market trend of a record-breaking year for the Lakewood Ranch-based, new home builder.

“We had several notable events in the first quarter of 2013,” said Nicole Caldwell, area sales manager for Neal Communities. “We ended the quarter 19 sales ahead of our goal and opened several new communities that are fueling our rapid sales pace,” said Caldwell.

In Miramar at Lakewood Ranch, condo sales began in the first quarter and there are now only 13 units left. The townhome section is completely sold out. Home prices in this gated community with stunning views and ample amenities start in the high $100s.

In the Highlands, a new neighborhood in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch, pre-sales began in April with special incentives and pre-constriction pricing in advance of the new model opening soon. Homes in the Highlands start in the mid $300s.

At Central Park at Lakewood Ranch, Neal is close to selling out its first section, called Brickell Park. Only one home remains in this exclusive neighborhood. The feature home has a beautiful lake view on a corner homesite and is ready to move into immediately.

Neal launched a new exclusive phase of maintenance-included homes at Forest Creek in Parrish, with only 12 homesites available -- all with preserve or lake views.

Other notable communities with high sales numbers in April included Grand Palm in Venice, Belleisle in Lakewood Ranch, Fairfield in Bradenton and River’s Reach in Parrish.
