Neal announces new community off of State Road 64 in Manatee County.

Neal Communities recently broke ground on its newest neighborhood in Manatee County -- Eagle Trace, near Lakewood Ranch. The community will be developed just south of State Road 64, conveniently located near shopping, great schools, and just a few miles from Interstate 75.

“The location of Eagle Trace is ideal for people looking to be close to everything,” said Michael Storey, Neal Communities’ Building Division President. “Being near Lakewood Ranch Blvd and State Road 64, home buyers will have access to several community amenities. Additionally, this community will lay the groundwork for future county infrastructure in this rapidly growing section of Manatee County,” said Storey.

Neal will offer single-family homes from its popular Celebration Series and Cove Series at Eagle Trace. Paired villas from the Coral Series will also be featured. The community is expected to open for sales in November of this year.
