High-profile, custom homebuilder Sitterle Homes has added four more prestigious 2013 Spring Parade of Homes awards to its impressive list. The San Antonio division of the company won Best Front Elevation, Best Site Design, Best Landscaping and the Spirit Award for its luxurious custom home design at 3910 El Chamizal in Palacios at Cibolo Canyons.

“We’ve been fortunate to be invited to participate in the Parade multiple times,” said Frank Sitterle, Jr., co-owner of Sitterle Homes. “It’s always an honor to be recognized for the care and dedication our team puts forth.”

“The Parade of Homes is an opportunity for the community to see what their dream home can look like,” added Jeff Buell, Sitterle’s co-owner. “The awards are additional support that our designs are among the best while still being environmentally friendly and energy efficient, especially with ‘green’ being the theme of the 2013 Parade.”

Conducted by the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA), the Parade of Homes is San Antonio’s premier new home event. Attendance for touring these fully decorated dream homes ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 guests. The Best Front Elevation award recognizes the exterior design of the home including quality, originality and creativity; while Best Site Design takes into account the design and placement of the home as well as enhancing the elevation and saving on foundation costs.

Best Landscaping goes to the home with the most visually appealing exterior using added accents such as pavers, accessories and structures in addition to plants. And the Spirit Award is an association-specific recognition for the homebuilder who uses the most GSABA Associates on the Parade home.

“We designed the home to be a place that people WANT to live in,” said Keane Carroll, the project manager for Sitterle’s Parade home. “That’s why we included outdoor living, smart technology, and a captivating interior design by Finishing Touches to represent the essence of a San Antonio lifestyle.”

Sitterle Homes was honored for its outstanding designs with several awards during the 2011 Parade of Homes, including Best Front Elevation, Best Floor Plan, Best Site Design, Best Landscaping, Best Interior Design and the President’s Award. The President's Award is presented to the homebuilder that has the most points overall when combining all judging categories.
