To alternatingly heat up and cool off rather ordinary middle-of-the-week summer doldrums, the fitness studio Mind Your Body Pilates Upper East Side presents Fitness Happy Hour Wednesdays beginning the evening of June 5th from 4:30 -7:45 PM at the location on Lexington Avenue at 92nd Street.
TRX® Suspension™ and Pilates Reformer Group Classes will be half-price and participants can also enjoy a complimentary fresh fruit beverage.
People typically frequent Happy Hour at bars and restaurants because they need to unwind after a long day's work. But there are other - perhaps healthier - ways to unwind both the body and mind.
So Gail Giovanniello, Pilates Master Teacher UES and owner of Mind Your Body Fitness, decided to hold her own style of Happy Hour with small group Pilates and Fitness classes at half-price every Wednesday night during this summer season.
Gail will offer the selection of evening small group fitness classes for half-price - which comes to $17.50 per class instead of the regular $35.00 - every Wednesday evening from 4:30 - 7:45 PM.

These three weekly Wednesday evening classes are half-priced at $17.50 each. Once Happy Hour Players have worked up a sweat, there will be still be an element of more-typical - though non-alcoholic - Happy Hour thirst-quenching with complimentary summer fruit beverages of fresh water with seasonal fresh fruit of the day mixed in. As well, a raffle will be held each Wednesday evening for a complimentary small group fitness class on an alternate Wednesday evening.
Fitness Summertime Happy Hour at Mind Your Body Fitness will extend through the end of August.
