In an effort to recruit and train the best quality consultants in the industry, Eliot Management Group has developed a new management position with its organization.
The Recruitment and Retention Supervisor will be a part of the management team in Eliot’s regional offices, and will devote their time to recruiting quality sales representatives, as well as training and mentoring those new hires.
