Telligent announced today that New York Times bestselling author, Chief Culture Officer of Stericycle and company culture enthusiast, Paul Spiegelman, will be a keynote speaker at Telligent’s user group conference, The Big Social. Spiegelman is a sought-after speaker, author and expert on employee engagement, entrepreneurship, corporate culture and customer relationships. He has written several books on employee engagement including Why is Everyone Smiling? The Secret Behind Passion, Productivity and Profit and New York Times bestseller Patients Come Second: Leading Change by Changing the Way You Lead.
