Lazarus holds BS in Engineering from Duke University and a Masters and Ph.D. in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In addition, Bisceglia was a Founder of TFA, a marketing technology company sold to Leo Burnett, and CEO of CPRi, which he grew into a nationally recognized staffing firm that was also sold to Aquent.
