Syracuse, NY-based mechanical contracting firm TAG Mechanical Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce that two if its team members, service manager Dave Hill and project manager Amanda Tallman, recently completed advanced Nexstar® Service System 2.0 training, a customer service management workshop that provides intense focus on the most advanced customer service tools, skills, and knowledge.

Hill and Tallman will help lead the TAG team in its mission of applying best practices in customer service, including the anticipation of customer expectations and concerns, communication techniques that create trust and confidence, and demonstration of premium value to customers.
