"Our students will get to see first-hand the inside world of the floral industry. We feel it's important as part of our school to introduce them to wholesale connections", says Gaffney.

A fresh new start is in order for the Minneapolis School of Flower Design as it begins its 2013 summer class schedule in a new space. They will now be located inside the North American Wholesale Florist on Long Lake Road in Roseville, MN.
Owner Michael Gaffney is a leading Floral Designer in the world of Interior Design as well as the Television and Motion Picture industries. Mr Gaffney has been seen on many TV shows such as the Today Show and his floral design work has been featured in several films. He has designed weddings and flower shows around the world. He will be appearing on the Hallmark Channel on Thursday, May 30, 12/11c to show how to turn inexpensive, ordinary flowers into extraordinary bouquets.
His classes focus on teaching the tips and tricks of the trade to beginners and veterans alike. During the 8-weeks, students will learn 24 different arrangements, from hand-tied and bridal bouquets, to classic American, European and Contemporary arrangements. All materials are provided for hands-on training and students take all of their creations home.
Michael, his designers, and students are all thrilled about the new lively location!
