Matt Swain, Associate Director of InfoTrends’ Document Outsourcing Consulting Service, will be speaking at the Council for Electronic Billing and Payment (CEBP) Meeting, which is being held June 26-27 at the Renaissance Blackstone Hotel in Chicago, IL.
Swain will be speaking on June 27th in a session that shares the name of his latest study, “The Future of Multi-channel Transactional Communications.” During this interactive discussion, he will share high-level insights from surveys of 2,025 consumers, 267 businesses, as well as more than 20 in-depth interviews. In doing so, he will also address the implications on CEBP member organizations.
“Recent years have brought about significant change in terms of consumer behaviors, business policies, technologies, and services,” commented Swain. “We have spent the last six months exploring these changes to better understand the impact that they will have on the transaction document delivery and payment landscape and I look forward to sharing some of our findings with CEBP attendees.”
“The CEBP membership is focused on increasing electronic billing and payment adoption,” noted Robert Unger, senior director of eBilling and Payments at NACHA-The Electronic Payments Association. “It is therefore important to stay current on the ever shifting technology landscape and evolving consumer behaviors. Matt is a subject matter expert in this area and we look forward to hearing about his latest research.
The Council for Electronic Billing and Payment, a program of NACHA, promotes the adoption and usage of electronic consumer, business and government billing and payment programs and services across any delivery channel. The CEBP provides an open forum for education, resource development, solution innovation, research and the exchange of information about the electronic billing and the electronic payment industries.
