Now, customers can join the program in one easy step by either texting in a mobile keyword to a 5-digit short code or scanning a QR Code. Once customers join the program, they are automatically entered into a distribution list which can be managed online. An added bonus is that once these distribution lists are created, businesses can use the contacts they collect for future marketing campaigns.
The process of rewarding customers with points and redeeming prizes with the Loyalty Program have also been simplified. All customers need to do to collect points is give their mobile numbers to a cashier, similar to the process of earning points at grocery stores or other specialty stores. The cashier then enters the mobile number through the Loyalty Program web portal or via mobile keyword. Customers can check the status of their points and redeem prizes through the same process. By allowing flexibility with how points are distributed, businesses that don't have internet connections can also enjoy the perks of the Loyalty Program.
Other enhancements include more detailed reports on Loyalty Program campaigns, allowing businesses to track the number of new, repeat, and total loyal customers, as well as the breakdown of total points distributed.
