“We wouldn’t be here without the support of our community, and we want to show the people and businesses of Charlotte that we are very grateful.” Benny Fitzgerald, Catering Manager
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) May 30, 2013
Food delivery and marketing service, Foodie Call, announces that it will continue its customer rewards program for the next quarter of this year. Foodie Call offers various programs, like its rewards program and new referral programs, to customers who can earn redeemable points.
The online delivery food company services the greater Charlotte region, and partners with restaurants that do not traditionally offer food delivery services. That way, restaurants that do not have the means or funds to deliver food to customers can work with Foodie Call to provide delivery services, helping to better market their business and serve hungry locals.
The rewards program works on the following premise that every dollar spent earns one Foodie Point. Customers can choose when they want to redeem their points, and can pick from the following options:
- 300 points = one free delivery ($5 value)
- 550 points = $10 coupon toward an order
- 1,000 points = $20 coupon toward an order
“The reward points are a way of thanking our loyal customers,” said Benny Fitzgerald, the catering manager of Foodie Call. “We would not be here without the support of our community, and we want to show the people and businesses of Charlotte that we are very grateful.”
To cash in reward points, customers must send an e-mail to customerservice(at)makeafoodiecall(dot)com, and specify how many points they would like to use for one of three above listed options. Then, staff at Foodie Call will e-mail back the customer with a special code, valid for one month, to be redeemed online for delivery orders.
Foodie Call also rewards new customers by giving them $3 off of their first order. If new customers spend more than $200 on their first order, they’ll receive $10 off.
Further, if a customer refers a restaurant that partners with Foodie Call, the delivery service company will send that customer a $75 gift certificate. The restaurant must be located in South Park, South Charlotte, Matthews, Ballantyne, or the Lake Norman area, and have at least a 3.5 star rating on popular restaurant review sites such as Yelp, Yahoo Local, and Google Places.
“We pride ourselves on satisfying our customers,” said Benny. “Hopefully free food given to our community helps show this.”
