Acumatica 4.0’s presence in the Mexican ERP market is a game changer.
Mexico City, Mexico (PRWEB) May 28, 2013
Acumatica Mexico, an affliate of Acumatica, the world’s fastest-growing provider of cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial software, launched the company’s latest release to great fanfare in the nation’s business press and among small and medium-sized companies (SMBs) this month.
“Acumatica 4.0’s presence in the Mexican ERP market is a game changer,” said Federico Porras, country manager of Acumatica Mexico. “It will give thousands of Mexican companies access to a platform that enables them to readily gather information on both their customers and their business processes and then apply powerful tools to analyze that information in order to make their operations more efficient and profitable. We are delighted with the attention the release of Acumatica 4.0 has received in the media and by our new developer partners as well as the growing list of prospective customers.”
The software provider opened its office in Mexico City on November 21, when more than 200 potential business users and partners attended its launch. With 4.0, Acumatica Mexico is raising its profile yet again.
Various top-tiered newspapers in Mexico, including El Reforma, El Financiero, El Universal y El Sol de Mexico, noted that only a small percentage of the country’s SMBs made use of cloud-based ERP software, so the opportunity to grow was vast.
And with Acumatica’s flexible licensing terms such as unlimited users, more companies in Mexico will be able to open access to customers, suppliers and employees.
Acumatica’s Chief Marketing Officer Stijn Hendrikse and Director of International Channel Sales Sean Chatterjee were also on hand to meet members of the IT press that included outlets such Notimex, Infochannel, E-Semanal, CIO Magazine, Mundo TI, Diario TI, BOLETIN DE LA COMPUTACIÓN, AMITI, NETMEDIA, BBVA – Pyme Bancomer, and EL Financiero.
Acumatica 4.0 incorporates more than 40 new customer-driven feature enhancements in areas such as financial, distribution, CRM, and project accounting suites. The Mexican version of Acumatica 4.0 also includes localization features to ensure it is well suited to that nation’s legal, technical, and fiscal business requirements.
