Homeowners in Palm Beach County have responded positively to placement of retail sales displays by Venetian Builders in two Lake Worth Home Depot stores, boosting sales of sunrooms, patio covers and screen enclosures in the area to record levels, Venetian President Chris Noe says. Palm Beach sales resulting from Home Depot leads are approaching levels of Venetian direct-to-consumer sales, Noe says.

Home Depot shoppers for Lake Worth sunrooms, patio covers and screen enclosures are helping to make West Palm Beach and its suburbs the fastest-growing market for Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, Venetian President Chris Noe said.

“We’re pleased beyond expectations with the performance of our retail sales displays in Home Depot stores,” Noe said. “We placed displays in 41 Home Depots in the second half of 2012 and the first quarter of 2013. Response from consumers has been very positive.”

The sales displays, which were designed and fabricated in the Venetian Builders warehouse in Oakland Park, Broward County, have more than doubled sales leads for the Miami company. They unfold to reveal eight running feet of design and materials choices for homeowners looking to add living space, indoors or out. The displays feature framing samples, roof and wall panels, windows, doors, screening and more, Noe said.

Venetian installs custom-designed aluminum sunroom additions; patio covers, including pergolas and lattice; and screen enclosures, including pool covers. It services an area from West Palm Beach to the Keys, including Lantana, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Miramar, Jupiter, Hialeah, Miami Gardens, Homestead and all other South Florida communities.

So far in 2013, Venetian sales in West Palm Beach and its suburbs have totaled 18 percent of the firm’s total residential business, Noe said. “The boom in West Palm Beach business is a big reason our overall retail volume is up 150 percent over levels of a year ago,” he added.

Neighborhoods in the Lake Worth area differ widely in architectural styles and square footage, Noe said. “Because we custom-design every structure we build, no matter the size or the budget, we can install an addition, patio enclosure or swimming pool screen that fits a homeowner’s lifestyle needs, home style and neighborhood,” Noe said.

“For people who need to add low-cost living space, an aluminum sun room addition or insulated patio enclosure does it quickly and effectively,” Noe said. “Homeowners can get affordable, all-weather space that’s usable day or night, year-round.”

Shoppers can request a no-cost in-home consultation through Home Depot or directly through Venetian Builders. An estimator will bring a mobile showroom featuring working doors and windows, screening, framing samples, and roof and wall panels that can be viewed right at the curb. All written estimates are free and detailed.
