Latest Policy Changes for Condominium and Homeowners’ Associations to be Offered

The Continental Group (TCG), a FirstService Residential Management company, is hosting a free Legislative Update seminar designed to inform community association board and committee members about upcoming policy changes mandated by the Florida Legislature. The event will take place on Tuesday, June 11 at the Crowne Plaza Universal, located at 7800 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, Florida.

Drinks, hors d’oeuvres and a vendor expo will take place at 6:00 p.m. and will be followed by a presentation by subject-matter experts at 7:00 p.m. Topical information about regulatory changes slated to take effect on July 1 will be addressed.

Guest speakers will include Travis Moore of the Community Association Institute-Florida Legislative Alliance and Paul L. Wean with the law firm of Wean & Malchow, P.A.
