1 800 Lemon Law Lawyers Honored As Pennsylvania Super Lawyers & Rising Stars For Tenth Year Running

Managing Attorney and Associates of Kimmel & Silverman, P.C. were recognized for building Pennsylvania's oldest and largest lemon law firm and helping to recover $175 million for distressed drivers throughout the Northeast.

For the tenth year in a row, attorneys from the Ambler and Pittsburgh-based Lemon Law firm of Kimmel & Silverman have been named Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Rising Stars in a survey conducted by Law & Politics Magazine. Senior Lemon Law Attorney Jacqueline Herritt, Managing Attorney for the Firm and a 14-year veteran, has been named Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for the seventh year running; while associates Richard Scholer, Timothy Abeel Jr. , Fred Davvis, and Amy Bennecoff were named Rising Stars. Kimmel & Silverman is proud to be the only full-service Pennsylvania Lemon Law Firm featured on the list.

The findings are published in the June 2013 editions of Philadelphia Magazine and Pittsburgh Magazine. More than 34,000 attorneys were asked to vote for the most effective counsel they have personally observed in action. Kimmel and Silverman attorneys were recognized among the top 5% of all lawyers statewide for building Pennsylvania's oldest and largest full-service lemon law firm and assisting more than 75,000 distressed drivers across the Northeast with cost-free legal representation.

Kimmel & Silverman is also the only lemon law firm in the nation to be honored by the American Bar Association.
