New York, NY (PRWEB) May 30, 2013
CanAm Enterprises, LLC (“CanAm”) is pleased to announce that Philadelphia Post-Acute Partners, LLC repaid its $9 million EB-5 Partnership Loan to CanAm’s Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (“PIDC”) Regional Center. This marks the 18th CanAm Regional Center project that has been repaid in full and on time, further establishing CanAm as one of the leading promoters of EB-5 investment funds.
The EB-5 loan helped finance a rehabilitation and acute care facility in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. The facility was completed and opened to the public in July of 2008. All investors received permanent green cards as a result of the project’s job creation.
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The Program provides opportunities for qualified foreign nationals to achieve permanent legal residency in the U.S. through an investment in an USCIS-approved project that will generate at least ten full-time jobs in the United States.
