In line with their ongoing effort to assist agencies in managing their E&O exposures, AgentsofAmerica.ORG Learning Center announced their plans to provide weekly E&O tips. These tips will be developed from AOA’s extensive library of high level educational material and will be included as part of the webinar / seminar package currently in development.
“A strong E&O culture and commitment should be the goal of every insurance agency. For an agency to truly develop this culture takes a commitment of every member of the agency, from the owner on down. They all need to understand the issues and exposures facing them and to then take the steps necessary to minimize the potential of facing that dreaded E&O claim,” says Curtis M. Pearsall, Executive Director of the Agents of America Learning Center. “Our goal is to provide this information in a format that will enable the agency staff to understand and respect the world of Agents E&O. These tips will be a perfect topic for the agency’s agency staff meetings. In addition, this material is ideal for organizations that are looking to enhance their value proposition with their customers or agencies. With over 1,500 existing articles and the information from the chapters in the eBook series “Insurance Agency Risk Management - A Comprehensive Guide to Avoiding E&O Claims,” we have E&O content from many of the top insurance industry experts. This information will serve as an excellent source for E&O tips that focus on the wide range of issues faced by the various levels within today’s agents.”
AgentsofAmerica.ORG recently announced the availability of Book One in eBook format. Books Two and Three are scheduled for release in late summer and end of year respectively. Also thru our partnership with WebCE AOA plans to convert the content from each of their first three publications into continuing education programs beginning the fourth quarter of 2013 and continuing into 2014.
