Tiger Lodge at Auburn is truly a gorgeous community and our goal is to make sure that it remains one of the best student housing communities around.
AUBURN, Ala. (PRWEB) May 30, 2013
One off-campus student housing community at Auburn University has undergone a major transformation, including $1.5 million in upgrades and renovations, and a brand new name.
The 756-bed Tiger Lodge at Auburn, formerly University Heights, now features a completely renovated clubhouse with a multi-media lab, large fitness center with brand new, top-of-the-line equipment, resort-style pool area, renovated outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, landscape and building enhancements, as well as upgraded CCTV cameras with increased coverage and quality and major boosts to the high-speed Internet.
The changes were initiated when the community was sold in January 2013 to an affiliate of Realco Capital Partners.
“Tiger Lodge at Auburn is truly a gorgeous community and our goal is to make sure that it remains one of the best student housing communities around,” said Jared Heuer of Realco Capital Partners. “We hope our recent renovation of this property highlights our commitment to the place where over 750 students call home. Our goal is always to provide a professionally managed, well-maintained, structured environment where students can live, learn and play.”
The community is situated on the Tiger Transit, making getting to campus extremely convenient.
"Tiger Lodge is a wonderful place to live in my opinion. I feel quite comfortable here and I felt the same prior to the change,” said Tiger Lodge resident Joel Bradford. “The others living here are very friendly and they make this place a true community. It is definitely one of the nicest places around Auburn to live and the renovations have made it even better than it was. I already signed a renewal lease for next year and many of my friends have renewed as well."
