The Sustainable Brands Conference is geared toward sustainability, brand and innovation professionals who come together from around the world to be inspired, engaged and equipped to succeed by building the better brands of tomorrow, while building a network of likeminded colleagues who can help. In her presentation, titled “You Unstuck: Hope as a Tool for Energizing Employees and Getting Them Out of Old Mindsets,” Gill shares the scientific research as well as her own insights about how beliefs drive behavior in the workplace.
