Data that is hidden in your process… unable to be reported on.

Warde Associates recent successful launch of their new service product CÖRR Quick Start enables customers to quickly discover their Dark Data. What is Dark Data? Well, at a recent SAP conference held this past May in Orlando, FL it was described as the data that is hidden in your process… unable to be reported on. Warde Associates CÖRR Quick Start with TotalView not only moves your QA Testing program into Automation in a short period of time but it also enables real time reporting and dash boarding to illuminate Dark Data in the process. This is something that will make QA Testing initiatives easily quantifiably successful.

CÖRR Methodology was developed as a methodology to enable customers to realize the full potential of their testing environment without third party assistance. To jumpstart CÖRR with customers, CÖRR Quick Start is offered as a limited engagement that takes customers from manual testing up through automated testing while laying the groundwork for the rest of CÖRR methodology to be implemented on the customers time schedule. CÖRR Quick Start moves quickly to implement CÖRR TotalView Dashboards to make reporting-out on performance metrics a breeze. It is these same Dashboards designed by Warde partner Assure that make Dark Data a thing of the past when it comes to QA Testing.

Utilization of all the performance metrics is something that often takes a back seat to actual tool acquisition. “How can you truly understand the performance of your testing projects and pinpoint problem areas if you are only getting the obvious data. It is the ability to expose the Dark Data that takes organizations a step up when it comes to QA Testing,” states George Burns, Partner / VP Business Development at Warde Associates. He further stated, “With so many Dashboard reporting programs available we have found Assures Total View to be the most robust and accurate and therefore are pleased to have them as a partner with Warde Associates.”

“Dark Data is really a very accurate assessment of the actual problem since it is what is missed that seems to impact not only the success of the process but the bottom line as well,” says Cormac Warde, CEO/President of Warde Associates. “By providing not only skills and enablement to QA, but preconfigured dashboards and reports, we allow QA Testing teams the opportunity to continually prove their value to the overall organization while improving their efficiency.”
