New CustomerSat software empowers executives to drive strategic action based on improved capture, enrichment and analysis of the customer voice.

As part of the company’s continued investment in its product portfolio, Confirmit CustomerSat Version 12.2 allows users to bring key metrics from multiple survey programs together in a single dashboard to track performance against corporate goals. Executives can monitor KPIs across key customer touchpoints, compare performance across different market segments and drill down as required to identify where to prioritize action.

Additional enhancements within the release include:
